When you don’t know, still go!
The LORD had said to Abram, “Go from your country, your people and your father’s household to the land I will show you
I have no idea why I said “yes” to a friend when she asked me to go on a #visiontrip for Bridge2Rwanda. To be honest, I had just mentioned to her that I needed to get away this summer to clear my head and gain renewed direction for the future.
I was just hoping to go on a women’s retreat but not to the other side of the world-
Yet, here I am spending my first night in Rwanda and still uncertain as to exactly why I am here. But I’m so excited to arrive and see what’s to come!
Sometimes in life when we feel stuck and uncertain, we have to lean into opportunities that God brings into our lives.
As we leave our comfort zone of home, we can often find places of future blessing. The experience of trying something new expands your vision and helps you find new passions. So, even when you don’t know what you are doing, go anyway. God will show you the places and opportunities that you need. Sometimes, the places you least expect to find anything of value can surprise you with unexpected joy.
